Sigma 300-600mm F4 DG OS | Sports (L-Mount)

Sigma's 300-600mm is a constant f/4 zoom that does the job of a 600mm F4 prime and can pull back to 300mm without a lens change. The zoom is internal, so the 467.9mm L-Mount barrel never extends and the balance stays near the camera. Six FLD elements and one SLD element target colour fringing across the range.

Focus is driven by an HLA linear motor, and optical stabilisation is rated at 5.5 stops at 600mm with a dedicated panning mode. The barrel is magnesium alloy with a carbon hood and heat-reflecting paint, and a function ring adds focus preset or constant-speed power focus. The L-Mount version works with Sigma's TC-1411 and TC-2011 teleconverters, reaching 1,200mm with AF. At 3,985g it is a tripod or gimbal lens for sports and wildlife.
