Privacy Policy

• Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider (Google Cloud) records technical request data: IP address, browser user agent, the page requested, the referring page and the time. We use these logs only to keep the site running, secure and fast. They are deleted automatically within 30 days, except where a longer period is needed to investigate abuse.
• Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark mode, the choice is stored in your own browser (local storage). It never leaves your device.
• Email. If you write to us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to deal with it.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Full Frame Glass itself sets no cookies. If you follow a link to a retailer, that retailer's site may set its own cookies, including affiliate cookies that tell it you came from us. Those are governed by the retailer's privacy policy. See our affiliate disclosure.

We do not currently use visitor analytics. If we add them, we will choose a privacy-friendly service, name it here and update the date at the top of this page before it goes live.

• Google Cloud hosts the site and processes the server logs described above on our behalf.
• Links to manufacturers, reviewers and retailers take you to sites we do not control. Their own privacy policies apply there.

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to how it is used. Because we hold so little, most requests can be answered quickly. Email hello@fullframeglass.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Where the GDPR applies, our legal basis for server logs is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website, and for email correspondence it is responding to your request.

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
